Callie Hulm, RN.

Home Health Clinical Manager

Callie lives in Belle Fourche with her husband and their three boys. They live on a few
acres and enjoy time spent outside with their animals.

Callie graduated with her RN degree in May of 2015. She was able to work full time
as a nurse in the hospital setting while she obtained her RN-BSN degree, and
graduated with that in December of 2016. She has spent time in the clinic setting,
hospital setting, surgical setting, and landed in the home health setting in February of
2019. She started out as a field nurse with Heartland Home Health, and began her
Clinical Manager Role in November of 2019. Callie continues to get out and see patients
as often as she can, but much of her time is spent in the office. As clinical manager, she
oversees each patient’s plan of care and works closely with the team providing direct
care. She also ensures that Heartland Home Health and Hospice is doing everything
they can to keep patients safe in their homes. Callie states, “It is a very rewarding role
that I enjoy!”
